Great melody, unique techniques, and strong friendship are what brought four young musicians together. These aspects assembled a great mixture of talent, dedication, and what most people call the “IT” factor in a band called FlashBack. FlashBack is an instrumental band inspired by those who influenced this style most such as Joe satriani, Steve vai, Eric Johnson, john petrucci, etc ……. And what made those four guys different is the new spirit they brought to the old fashion rock concerts in Syria. Bringing a new, “out of the box” ideas to the Syrian music community. With their interesting live performance, and energy on stage they can bring a joyful rewarding experience to their audience. They were assembled in 2005, Aghiad Mhnna “the bassist”, Ahmad Dahla “the drummer”, Koumait Saleh “guitarist”, Yasser Alkhadra “guitarist”.

Aghiad Mhnna:

Aghiad is the bass guitar player in FlashBack .Playing the bass for an instrumental band gave him a new depth in the understanding of his instrument and the freedom to experience the edge of playing bass guitar.

Aghiad is a student in the Higher Institute Of Theater in the department of sound and illumination technology.

Ahmad Dahla:

Ahmad is a talented drummer with strong rocking hands and the tenderness of the jazz feel. Ahmad is always looking for new ways and techniques and exploring in the endless seas of music giving him a great opportunity to shine among his peers.

Ahmad is a running a family business with his brothers .

Koumait Saleh:

Koumait is a dedicated musician, his devotion got him to high levels of technique and understanding of classical and rock playing. His “always positive” attitude and his patience made a smooth skilled guitar player out of him. With his unique tone he created a new treat for the band.

He is a student of economics in the University of Damascus.

Yasser Alkhadra:

A long time musician with a variant feel, strong technique, and great song writing. A well shaped and defined guitar player that has been rewarded to play his favorite peaces with his friends and inspired to write and create some cool tunes.

Yasser is a student of medicine in the University of Damascus.
